Tear Off
When it is necessary to remove your existing roof, debris will fall through your lath or decking into the attic. We suggest covering or removing any items, which require protection. We will be leaning sheets of decking up against the exterior walls of your home where needed. This will protect your siding, windows, doors, ETC. We will also do our very best not to disturb any flowers, shrubs, or landscaping. There will be a continual clean up of the exterior of your premises as we work. Tarps will be placed around the site to catch the roofing debris. At the end of the job we will use a strong roll around lawn magnet, this will pick up the nails that may find their way off the tarps.
Laying New Shingles
